George has 29 years of experience across various aspects of construction and business management including UK/Overseas Procurement and Logistics, Construction Management and Project Specification and as a Contractor and Principal Contractor. This understanding of the challenges across multiple disciplines and in industry sectors as diverse as International brand Hospitality and Leisure refurbishment to Country Estate Management, has proven invaluable to clients large and small.

Phil Woodman

Phil has been involved in modular construction for nearly 20 years. He provides innovative solutions for reducing time and saving money in large construction projects by focusing on off-site, modern methods of construction, Phil provides a professional bespoke solution, utilising modular building systems.  He will evaluate your project and advise on the best possible solutions to speed up the building process and reduce costs.

Kevin Jones – MRICS

With a background in traditional Quantity Surveying, Kevin has specialised in the cost management and control of complex manufacturing and research projects across all procurement routes with particular expertise in identifying and quantifying cost risks and managing these to financial close. Kevin has detailed client organisation experience to assist on Business Planning, Portfolio management, Bench-marking and early-stage project budget planning.

Adam Plant – MRICS

Adam is an experienced quantity surveyor and has been responsible for the management of cost data on complex, multi-package projects and has delivered cost control procedures across all procurement routes. Adam has gained experience working in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, education and restoration sectors.
