Emerald Modular take proven project management methods and combine with industry leading insight into the off-site construction network to provide our clients with a individual project service. Using Construction Management or Management Contracting system principles to suit the project, a clients experience and funding criteria, quality, cost and program are managed to positive conclusion.

Set up in 2018, Emerald Modular is the coming together of a group of experts operating in the construction sector who recognise that with the increasing demand for new homes, the contraction of the UK labour market, and the off-site construction shortfall in the UK, there is a market for an experienced business who can offer a specialist service for off-site building projects.

Emerald’s on-demand service have regional partners and contractors who work with us on specific projects.

The team are supported by a network of sector specialists across the UK and Europe to ensure they can provide a pro-active and tailored service to a client.
Emerald Modular operate from their base at Mere Green in Sutton Coldfield, where they provide services to clients both nationally and internationally.
Our purpose is to enable the development of homes, hotel rooms, health centres, halls of residence and schools of tomorrow with today’s off-site construction technology.

We are keen to play our part in tackling the housing shortage in the UK and Eire by working with housing providers, developers and local authorities. We can guide and deliver through the options available in an affordable and cost effective way using modern methods of construction.

Hotels

Using our experienced team (having delivered over 4000 hotels rooms), Emerald are well placed to advise and provide support to operators in the completion of successful hotel projects, including new build, extension or vertically added rooms.

Student Accomodation

Volumetric modular and offsite methods are ideal for large scale multi unit schemes that require precise co-ordination and fast-track delivery.

Healthcare

New wards, theatre or laboratory space required? Modular construction has a proven record either as a temporary or permanent solution. Emerald’s team has healthcare and pharmaceutical specialists experience is considerable with proven success worldwide.

The increasing demand in the education facilities is well serviced by modular building solutions which provide an exciting and dynamic solution to the fluid demands from single classrooms up to full block facilities. This can be either ‘live’ in term time with the benefit of clean build methods or in vacation periods where time is tight but site conditions are not so restrictive .
